The day to day business of the Center is conducted through the Executive Directors Office. Only those items requiring the Potentate's approval should be directed to the Potentate. In this regard, it is the desire of the Illustrious Potentate that courtesy copies of all correspondence addressed to his attention be furnished simultaneously to the Divan Representative of the club or Unit, to the Executive Director's office and to the Recorder's Office of Aladdin Shrine Center. The Executive Director is your one-phone-call contact for answers to all questions regarding Shrine club or Unit administration, social programs, protocol, entertainment and transportation arrangements between Center and Club cities. The Executive Director's Office maintains a supply of Shrine materials, membership applications and films which explain the Shrine and the Operation of Shriners Hospitals. If you require such material contact the Executive Director for assistance. The Executive Director's Office is responsible for keeping the Potentate's calendar up to date at all times. Therefore, any request for changes in dates of activities must be cleared through the Executive Director as soon as possible. The Executive Director will be assisted in the overall program by his office staff, the Divan representatives assigned to the individual Clubs and Units, the Potentate's Aides and other designated Nobles.
